Older elevators may remain mechanically serviceable while controls, fixtures, doors or drive systems become outdated. Modernization can improve reliability, usability and appearance without replacing the complete installation, and is frequently more economical where the shaft and structure remain sound.

We can also evaluate elevators originally installed by other manufacturers for maintenance, repair or modernization.
